What is the MOQ for my personalized paddle?
Minimum Order = 1 paddle. You can fully customize a single paddle.
Are personalized Panna paddles USA Pickleball–approved?
Because each paddle is individually custom-made, your particular paddle will need to be sent for Approval if you want it certified. Certification requires a fixed production model with a registered photo.
Production time?
Allow 5–7 days for production of your beautiful paddle.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide.
What is the warranty on my paddle?
Panna Origin: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Panna Axis: 2-Year Limited Warranty
Panna Voltis: Lifetime Warranty
Covers structural defects and manufacturing issues.
Excludes: Normal wear, cosmetic marks, fading, drops, misuse, water damage, sun exposure — similar to Joola/Selkirk terms
Are personalized paddles refundable?
No — unless a covered manufacturing defect occurs.
